Why can any fingerprint unlock the lock?
Before any fingerprints are registered, the lock can be opened using any fingerprint. Once fingerprints have been enrolled, only the registered fingerprints can unlock the lock. We recommend registering at least two or more fingerprints to ensure you can still access the lock if one finger is injured or unavailable.
What should I do if my fingerprint is not recognized?
Fingerprint recognition may fail if your finger is worn, scratched, dirty, wet, or peeling, or if the fingerprint sensor is dirty or covered with water droplets. Make sure both your finger and the fingerprint sensor are clean and dry before trying again.
What should I do if the battery is dead?
Connect the lock to a power source using the included Micro USB charging cable. The red indicator light will turn on while charging, and the lock can still be unlocked during charging. When the indicator light turns off, the battery is fully charged.
